About this role

A Senior Manager Third Party Resilience leads the development, implementation, and management of an enterprise-wide internal contingency planning program aligned with third-party risk management and regulatory guidelines to ensure the Bank can prepare for, respond to, and recover from disruptions involving external service providers.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of experience in risk management, operational resilience, business continuity, or related fields within the financial services industryDemonstrated expertise in TPRM frameworks, inherent/residual risk assessments, ongoing monitoring, and third-party control evaluationsStrong understanding of OSFI regulatory guidelines and Canadian financial sector expectationsProven ability to design and implement enterprise programs with cross-functional impactStrong background and experience in project management, program and change management practices, especially in efficiency
