Sr. Manager, Warehouse Security

The Sr. Manager, Warehouse Security leads Asset Protection and physical security operations across ALO's North America distribution network, establishing scalable security models and risk strategies. This newly created role builds and standardizes security functions at multiple warehouses by overseeing guard forces, accessing control, investigations, and incident response. The position requires hands-on operational judgment to assess site risks, drive continuous improvement, and partner with cross-functional teams to protect people, products, and facilities.
