Sr. Manager, Workforce Readiness

This role leads change strategy and execution for McKesson's Employee AI Enablement portfolio, driving adoption of Microsoft Copilot, Unified Employee Agents, and Agentic AI across the enterprise. The incumbent acts as a trusted advisor to senior executives while managing large-scale digital transformations, stakeholder networks, and communications in complex, matrixed environments. Responsibilities include defining success metrics, building advocate communities, and aligning change narratives with overall AI enterprise strategy.
