Sr. Manufacturing Cost Accountant

A heavily backed hardware startup in the Northern Virginia / DC Metro area is scaling from development into full-rate production and is seeking their first Sr. Manufacturing / Cost Accountant to build the entire cost accounting function from scratch. This role serves as the primary finance presence on the production floor, partnering directly with engineering and operations while owning the accounting side of an active ERP rollout. The position offers a ground-floor opportunity for a true builder to establish costing methodologies, stand up inventory and variance analysis, and drive accounting and inventory modules for a fresh ERP implementation.
