The Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Stamping provides hands-on technical leadership for stamping processes, progressive die performance, new product introduction, and continuous improvement. This role partners closely with Production, Tool Shop, Quality, Maintenance, Product Engineering, and external suppliers to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and manufacturing capability. The position requires regular engagement on the production floor with operators, technicians, die mechanics, maintenance, and production leadership to identify problems, troubleshoot equipment and tooling, and implement sustainable improvements.
