About this role
A Senior/Staff Mechanical Engineer based in Nanshan R&D at Flex responsible for supporting the development of integrated power-frame/PDU products across prototype to mass production. The role partners with engineers, customers, and factory teams to deliver mechanical designs, technical documentation, and production support for energy storage and power products. The position reports to the Mechanical Director and contributes to product validation, mold follow-up, and NPI activities.
