The Mechanical Design Engineer will be a key member of Diamond Foundry’s Reactor Development Group, owning the design and development of Plasma-Enhanced CVD reactor equipment and related systems used to grow and manufacture diamond wafers. The role focuses on advancing reactor technology to support the company’s AI, cloud compute, electric vehicle, and wireless markets. The position is based in the Bay Area, California, within a fast-growing, well-funded, and sustainability-focused manufacturing environment. The engineer will operate in highly visible R&D programs integral to the company’s multi-billion-dollar expansion plans.
