The role involves translating high-level requirements into actionable specifications, performing complex engineering analyses, and driving concept development through manufacturing handoff. This position requires strong technical expertise in areas such as structural, modal, thermal, or fluid flow analysis within a fast-paced, innovative R&D environment.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end mechanical design and development from concept to manufacturing release
Translate ambiguous requirements into clear engineering specifications and actionable plans
Perform structural, modal, thermal, and fluid flow engineering analyses
Design and optimize systems for vibration isolation and damping performance
Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, manufacturing, and supplier teams
