Sr Mechanical Manager

The Sr Mechanical Manager leads and directs the servicing, repair, inspection, and preventative maintenance of railcars, locomotives, and equipment within the terminal and on line-of-road. This role ensures compliance with safety rules and regulations from CSX Transportation, the Association of American Railroads, and the Federal Railroad Administration while managing operational budgets and coaching staff. The position requires 24/7 responsibility and involves overseeing all shop functions in the absence of the Terminal Supt-Mechanical.
