Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician

The Sr. Mechatronics & Robotics Technician leads service technicians in the installation and repair of automated packaging and distribution equipment while supporting the Operations Maintenance team with complex problem-solving and project management. This role involves mentoring staff, developing training and emergency repair plans, and maintaining positive relationships across the facility. The position requires a strong focus on safety, preventative maintenance, and the troubleshooting of various conveyor systems and control components.
