About this role

As the Senior Manager of Pharmacovigilance, you will be responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continuously improving the PV system for Baxter’s drug products in China. You will act as the local Qualified Person for Pharmacovigilance (QPPV) per China GVP, ensuring full compliance with local regulations and global policies. You will lead the China PV team, serve as the primary contact for health authorities on drug safety matters, and drive risk management and cross-functional collaboration across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Establish and improve Pharmacovigilance system in China
Ensure compliance with China GVP and Baxter policies
Represent Baxter in meetings with health authorities
Manage and allocate resources for China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan PV team
Supervise and support PV activities across regions

Skills

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Epidemiology or Related FieldExpert Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance Regulations in ChinaKnowledge of International Pharmacovigilance RegulationsMinimum 5 Years Experience in PharmacovigilanceFluent in English
