About this role

Collins Aerospace is seeking an ERP Business Analyst to lead the Record to Report workstream within its large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role requires collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, build, and test new financial processes, ensuring successful migration from legacy systems to the standardized ERP environment. Candidates will work in phases including blueprinting, system configuration, testing, and cutover support to drive operational performance.

Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end Record to Report processes including month-end and year-end close
Collaborate with teams to configure and develop capabilities in SAP S/4HANA
Support testing scenarios to ensure proper functionality and defect resolution
Migrate legacy systems to new environments for financial and operational performance
Design and implement solutions leveraging S/4HANA to enhance workstream processes
