Responsibilities

Translate support case data into actionable product requirements for engineering teams.
Lead cross-functional forums to prioritize serviceability enhancements and reduce support cases.
Develop executive narratives connecting technical gaps to business impact and customer outcomes.
Define frameworks and metrics to track serviceability improvements and customer experience trends.
Partner with product management to ensure supportability is integrated into core design considerations.
