Sr. Paralegal

The Sr. Paralegal serves as a key legal partner within the Office of the General Counsel, independently negotiating complex contracts and institutional agreements while managing the contract lifecycle. This role leverages advanced legal judgment and negotiation skills to balance risk with operational needs, ensuring compliance with regulatory frameworks and institutional policies. The position also involves leading the implementation and governance of AI-enabled legal tools to streamline contract review and drafting processes.
