Sr. Payroll Officer

The Sr. Payroll Officer will take ownership of the payroll process for Orica employees across Canada, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with legislation and company requirements. This role involves coordinating with external service providers, administering payroll data, and providing expert guidance on payroll matters and leave management. The position serves as an escalation point for complex inquiries and supports payroll system improvements and year-end processes.
