Sr. Payroll Specialist

The Sr. Payroll Specialist is responsible for the accurate, timely, and compliant processing of bi-weekly payroll for employees across multiple entities, locations, and states. Serving as the primary backup to the Payroll Manager, this role leads payroll projects, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with HR, Finance, and external vendors to strengthen payroll processes. The position requires handling highly sensitive compensation data and maintaining strict confidentiality while supporting complex payroll operations.
