Sr Phlebotomist

The Sr Phlebotomist serves patients by identifying the best method for retrieving blood, preparing specimens for laboratory testing, and performing screening procedures. This role involves verifying test requisitions, obtaining blood specimens through venipunctures and finger sticks, and maintaining specimen integrity using aseptic techniques. The position requires tracking collected specimens, maintaining quality results, and resolving unusual test orders by contacting relevant personnel. Additionally, the role includes logistical management of patient reports, billing question triaging, and scheduling courier pickups.
