Sr. Plant Controller

The Senior Plant Controller oversees financial operations for the Little Rock, AR campus, reporting to the Director of Manufacturing Controllership and the Plant Manager. This role focuses on proactive outreach to manufacturing teams to drive superior operating performance through spend analysis, variance analysis, and KPI management. The position is responsible for forecasting, budgeting, asset safeguarding, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
