The Systems Integration Manager (SIM) serves as the single-threaded owner for engineering delivery and system integration of complex industrial and data center infrastructure systems, including chillers, CDUs, and modular data centers. This role ensures thermal, electrical, fluid, and control systems are fully integrated and reliable while driving disciplined execution and accountability across engineering teams. The position focuses on establishing visibility into scope maturity and organizational risks to enable data-driven decisions and predictable program delivery.
