About this role

A Senior Principal Manufacturing Engineer leads the design, scaling, and optimization of advanced manufacturing systems and automation for medical devices, bridging product design with large-scale compliant production. This technical subject matter expert oversees process validation, ensures GMP regulatory compliance, and mentors engineering teams while driving strategy from concept through commercialization.

Responsibilities

Lead design and development of manufacturing processes and automation systems
Architect and implement end-to-end automation including robotics and vision systems
Oversee process validation activities including IQ, OQ, and PQ execution
Ensure compliance with GMP, ISO 13485, and GxP regulatory standards
Mentor engineering teams and provide technical oversight on large-scale initiatives
