About this role

The Sr. Principal Manufacturing Systems Integration Project Manager leads the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, multi-disciplinary manufacturing capability deployment projects across Raytheon's Capacity Growth Office programs. This role oversees the project execution arm of the Manufacturing Systems Integration team, ensuring production-system elements, readiness activities, and manufacturing capability stand-ups are executed on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with factory performance objectives. The position requires leading cross-functional teams, managing project baselines, and driving technical and schedule challenges in fast-moving manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities
