This Senior Principal Electrical Subsystems Engineer role focuses on the architecture, modeling, and integration of advanced radar-based guidance subsystems and RF front/back-end components within the AEGS Department. The position involves defining requirements, conducting performance analysis, and decomposing functional needs into implementable hardware architectures for missile radar and RF seeker systems. Candidates will serve as subject matter experts for integration topics while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with program leadership.

Responsibilities

Architect radar and RF subsystem solutions including frontend chains and antennas
Perform modeling and simulation of RF subsystem performance for wideband architectures
Evaluate hardware designs and components for radar seekers and related systems
Generate subsystem-level requirements, interface definitions, and test plans
Mentor junior engineers and serve as subject matter expert for RF integration
