A Sr. Principal RF Module Design/Development Engineer at Raytheon’s Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department provides technical leadership for the design and development of RF/microwave modules that integrate GaAs- and GaN-based MMICs for radar and defense applications.
