About this role
A Sr. Principal RF Module Design/Development Engineer at Raytheon’s Advanced Microelectronics Solutions (AMS) Department provides technical leadership for the design and development of RF/microwave modules that integrate GaAs- and GaN-based MMICs for radar and defense applications. The AMS department designs, fabricates, and tests MMICs in an on-site foundry to support production and next-generation products. The role is U.S.-based and requires eligibility for U.S. government security clearances.
