The Sr Principal Systems Engineer – Level 4 will support factory and site testing for Northrop Grumman's Ground Element, developing test procedures, conducting dry‑runs and run‑for‑record tests, and presenting results at Test Readiness Reviews and Test Review Boards. The role also involves authoring technical documentation, supporting hardware/software integration, and traveling to operational sites as needed.

Analyze test data, perform root‑cause analysis, and drive discrepancy resolution
