Sr. Process Engineer - Photolithography

About this role
GlobalFoundries is hiring a Sr. Process Engineer to join the Fab9 photolithography module team at its 200mm semiconductor fabrication facility in Essex Junction, Vermont. This role focuses on sustaining and advancing photolithography capability in a high-volume, 24/7 manufacturing environment while also supporting development of new lithography processes and materials. The position is a Monday–Friday daytime role and is fully onsite.
