The Sr. Procurement Functional Specialist drives the strategy and execution of Cloudflare's global procurement technology ecosystem, bridging user-centric intake and financial controls. This role involves managing the functional health and architecture of Source-to-Pay integrations between the proprietary Zip platform and Oracle Fusion Cloud. The incumbent ensures data integrity, automates complex workflows, and governs the adoption of AI agents within the procurement lifecycle.

Responsibilities

Design and optimize the global Source-to-Pay process architecture
Configure complex intake workflows in Zip and Oracle Fusion
Lead discovery sessions with Global Procurement and Legal teams
Govern the adoption of Oracle's embedded AI agents for procurement
Manage quarterly release cycles and impact assessments for system updates
