Sr Procurement Project Specialist

The Sr Procurement Project Specialist at Solstice Advanced Materials defines and executes the procurement transformation strategy to enhance efficiency, digital capabilities, and value creation across a $700M indirect spend portfolio. This role serves as a strategic partner to Procurement, Finance, IT, and Supply Chain stakeholders to deliver sustainable improvements in cost, productivity, and operational performance. The position involves supporting process redesign, training users, and applying project management expertise to drive transformation programs involving ERP platforms, Source-to-Pay solutions, automation, and AI. Based at the Monterrey site, the role drives operational speed and synergy with the Procurement organization.
