About this role

This role is a Product Manager position on Highspot's Product Management team, focused on AI-first product experiences for sales enablement. The position owns AI capabilities around training, coaching, and meeting intelligence to drive measurable seller behavior change. The Product Manager will work closely with design, engineering, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver simple, elegant AI-powered experiences deeply embedded in seller workflows. The role also contributes to shaping both the product direction and the growth of the product team in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
