As a CIC NMS Product Owner, you bridge the gap between market needs and R&D execution by translating business requirements into precise technical specifications. This role involves acting as a technical expert for customer-facing activities, technical demonstrations, and the global bid process while ensuring solutions meet customer expectations. You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and Technology teams to define roadmaps and clarify requirements throughout the development cycle.

Responsibilities

Translate high-level business requirements into actionable technical specifications
Own the product backlog to ensure clear documentation for the technology team
Act as a technical subject matter expert during customer demonstrations
Support the global bid process with accurate technical responses
Represent the product portfolio at industry conferences and forums
