About this role
The Senior Program Delivery Professional – IHWA Interoperability drives program development and implementation to support data integration and value-based relationships within Humana’s In-Home Health and Wellbeing Assessment team. This role serves as a business subject matter expert partnering with internal and external stakeholders and the Interoperability team to advance program objectives. The position involves independent decision-making on moderately complex to complex technical and program matters and contributes to departmental strategy.
