Sr. Program Manager - CNS

The Sr. Program Manager - CNS leads and manages the Surveillance, Traffic, Aviation, Radars, and Radio (STARR) programs, overseeing development from Weather and Radar systems to Navigation Radios and Traffic Collision Avoidance Systems. This role is fully accountable for executing moderate to large development programs, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, cost, delivery, and quality requirements while coordinating technology development and production across domestic and worldwide locations. The position requires comprehensive knowledge of Honeywell Aerospace's IPDS phase gates and involves managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and on-time execution.
