Sr. Program Manager – Large Programs

The Sr. Program Manager leads end-to-end execution for large, complex customer programs, ensuring alignment from engineering release through final shipment delivery across multiple factories and regions. This role serves as the primary operational execution leader, driving synchronized performance across Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Logistics to meet committed delivery dates. Acting as a key customer-facing interface, the position manages delivery performance, execution risks, and alignment of product configurations and production schedules to customer requirements.
