Sr Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst

The Sr Program Planning & Scheduling Analyst leads the establishment and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) to ensure alignment with contractual requirements and program objectives. This role involves performing in-depth critical path and variance analysis, preparing comprehensive reports, and conducting Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) to support decision-making and mitigate potential schedule risks. The position requires leading teams, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and maintaining realistic contract schedule baselines to ensure programs meet or exceed commitments.
