Sr. Project Engineer

The Senior Project Engineer is responsible for capital project planning and execution across one or multiple manufacturing sites, focusing on improving safety, reliability, capacity, quality, and operational performance. This role partners with plant leadership, operations, maintenance, R&D, and external engineering teams to deliver strategic capital projects that drive long-term manufacturing improvements. The position requires managing project financials, coordinating stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with food safety and regulatory standards.
