Sr. Project Manager, Operational Readiness

The Sr. Project Manager, Operational Readiness leads operational planning, readiness, and execution for major capital, construction, and infrastructure initiatives across Long Beach Medical Center and Miller Children’s and Women’s Hospital. This role serves as the primary liaison between operations, facilities, clinical departments, and regulatory leaders to ensure projects are implemented with minimal disruption to patient care. The position oversees project governance, risk mitigation, stakeholder engagement, and operational transition activities to align with organizational goals.
