Sr Project Manager

XL Construction is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager to lead all phases of large, complex, or multiple small/mid-size projects within its Science & Tech Division. The role involves collaborating with key teams and stakeholders, managing project pursuits, and ensuring successful execution from estimating through construction and close-out. The position requires strong problem-solving, risk management, and communication skills to train, develop, and supervise team members while maintaining positive relationships with clients and trade partners.
