About this role

The Senior Quality Engineer at Lucid will work at the Casa Grande manufacturing facility collaborating with engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing to define quality acceptance standards driven by the Voice of the Customer. The role supports quality strategy and continuous improvement, owns quality metrics and reporting, and partners with factory leadership to drive defect reduction. The position also conducts vehicle audits, manages control plans and audits, and engages suppliers and design engineering to implement corrective actions and design improvements.
