About this role

The Sr. RCM Coding Coordinator coordinates coding department administrative functions, supports operational initiatives, and assists with coding-related research and special projects. This role partners with Coding Leadership to develop documentation, facilitate communications, manage system access, and support data analysis and reporting. The position plays a key role in maintaining departmental resources, coordinating Coding Roundtable activities, and supporting coding operations and compliance efforts.
