Sr. R&D Applications Engineer

The Sr. R&D Applications Engineer leads application development for Active Copper, MacDermid Alpha's next-generation copper paste and sintering platform, optimizing deposition processes for high-volume semiconductor and electronic manufacturing. This role involves technical leadership, mentoring the Wilmington applications team, and collaborating with cross-functional R&D and customer qualification groups to ensure product maturity and manufacturability.
