The Sr Recovery Analyst is responsible for the aggressive recovery of monies and proactive handling of Michigan Catastrophic Claims Association (MCCA) or Michigan Assigned Claims Plan files. This role involves evaluating claim facts, medical treatment, and payments to determine reimbursable losses, applying MCCA or MACP rules, and maintaining accurate documentation. The position requires critical thinking, problem-solving, and strong communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
