About this role

Comply is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Administrator to own and continuously improve the Salesforce platform that powers the company's go-to-market motion. The role involves configuring, securing, and enhancing the Salesforce org through building Flows, reports, and dashboards while safeguarding data integrity. The administrator will lead customization and implementation projects end-to-end, manage quote-to-cash processes, and stay ahead of Salesforce releases to adopt valuable features. This position requires translating business needs from Sales, RevOps, Finance, and CX into clean, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

Configure and continuously improve the Salesforce platform through Flows, reports, and dashboards
Lead customization and implementation projects end to end from requirements through deployment
Manage source-driven change management and safeguard data integrity across integrated systems
