The Senior Salesforce Architect serves as the enterprise design authority and technical owner for the Salesforce platform and Certinia ecosystem, driving the evolution of the commercial technology stack to support Sales, Marketing, and Sales Operations. This role provides architectural leadership across lead-to-cash and opportunity-to-project lifecycles, ensuring scalable, secure solutions while integrating AI-driven capabilities into the platform.
