The Sr. Show Supervisor acts as a key liaison between show supervisors, the Rehearsal Director, and production teams to ensure the successful execution of rehearsals and installations for onboard entertainment. This role manages a team of full-time and seasonal show supervisors, overseeing the creation and maintenance of production documentation and supporting the artistic vision of each show. The position involves traveling internationally to execute show supervisor duties during changeovers and installations while contributing to continuous improvement in rehearsal experiences.
