Sr Site Reliability Engineer

This is an incident command role responsible for directing application and infrastructure teams during high-severity incidents, making operational decisions and authorizing critical actions such as rollbacks and regional failovers. The role requires rapid interpretation of Infrastructure-as-Code, Kubernetes manifests, and CI/CD configurations to guide troubleshooting and resolution. The position also interfaces with executive leadership during incidents and post-mortems and drives tooling and processes to advance the Command Center's capabilities.
