About this role

As a Senior Software Engineer on CrowdStrike's Real-Time Streaming Platform team, you will design and develop highly scalable streaming services and data pipelines using distributed systems in Java, Python, or Go. Your work will enable security products to detect threats and analyze patterns in real-time by processing trillions of events daily across multiple cloud providers. You will take end-to-end ownership of technical initiatives, collaborating with distributed teams to ensure platform reliability, performance, and operation.

Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable streaming microservices in Java and Go
Build and optimize Apache Flink and Spark data pipelines on Kubernetes
Implement event-driven systems leveraging Kafka for high-throughput messaging
Take end-to-end ownership of technical initiatives across multiple cloud providers
Develop RESTful APIs and SDKs to enable team integrations
