About this role

A Senior Software Engineer, Observability at Dialpad will own and evolve the company’s metrics and log collection platform, working closely with Infrastructure teams to measure service health and resource usage. The role involves building tooling, libraries, and internal documentation to enable self-monitoring across engineering teams, participating in on-call rotations, and introducing observability best practices. This position reports to the Engineering Manager, Observability Platform and can be based in the Bangalore, India office.
