Sr. Software Engineer / Staff Software Engineer, Infrastructure

This role leads the architecture and evolution of the core platform powering DiDi's autonomous driving software stack, focusing on high-performance middleware, custom compiler infrastructure, and large-scale simulation frameworks. The position involves defining the technical roadmap, optimizing developer velocity, and ensuring platform stability through cross-functional collaboration with Autonomy and Simulation teams. As a technical leader, the role mentors engineers, sets engineering standards, and drives systemic improvements to accelerate productivity at scale.
