About this role
The Solution Architect is a member of Zuora’s Professional Services team responsible for designing and architecting Zuora-based solutions and guiding clients through implementations. The role involves working with customers to map business requirements, validate architectures, identify risks and develop mitigation strategies, and communicate effectively with stakeholders from CXO to end users. This is a remote position with occasional in-person team meetings, events, or offsites.
