About this role
Owens & Minor is hiring a Talent Sourcer to proactively identify and engage candidates for U.S.-based openings across multiple functions. The role supports the Talent Acquisition team by building qualified pipelines in partnership with a recruiter and TA business partner. It begins as remote for about a year and is expected to transition to onsite work in Monterrey, Mexico once the office is established.
