Sr. Specialist Talent Acquisition Technology & Operations

The Senior Specialist, Talent Acquisition Technology & Operations supports AI-enabled solutions and day-to-day operations across the Talent Acquisition technology ecosystem. Guided by ADT's BLUE cultural values, the role applies analytical expertise, technology knowledge, and sound judgment to improve AI performance, support launches, resolve issues, and ensure reliable experiences for recruiters, candidates, and hiring leaders. Operating with a high degree of independence, the Senior Specialist supports AI agents and automation, technology launches, troubleshooting and break-fix, and workflow ownership. The role partners with Talent Acquisition, TA Technology, HR Technology, IT, vendors, and governance teams to unite and win together by solving problems, maintaining strong operational controls, and continuously improving technology performance.
